Our body is made up of different parts that work together to keep us healthy and alive. These parts are grouped into different organ systems. Each system has its special job. Let's learn about the main organ systems of our body:
1. Digestive System

- Example: When you eat an apple, the digestive system helps turn it into energy for your body.
2. Respiratory System
- Function: Helps us breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.
- Main Organs: Nose, windpipe (trachea), and lungs.
- Example: When you take a deep breath, your respiratory system is working.
3. Circulatory System

Interesting Fact!
Did you know that adults have 206 bones in their body, while babies are born with about 300 bones? As they grow, some of the bones join together!
